I been doing cardio and my aim is to completely flatten my fat pad along with the rest of my abs. it has went down some but if it were completely flattened i would be 6.5 inches in length. Im setting a goal in a little bit over 2 months to get to 7 inches. So basically I need to get my fat pad completely flat and gain a half inch in NBPEL. Im dedicated and my mind is too positive and set on getting to my goal in my time frame.
I have a question though, im apart of a nother forum also but i was readin this post and its been happening to me too.... When the head of your penis and upper shaft gets cold. That isnt too good is it? I keep thinking its going to affect gains. Should i stretch in the hot shower? I been also reading that if you havent been PEing seriously for more then a while you should take it light. I been reading reviews on that Exercise your penis book, and someone said that they didnt see gains for a long time because they did it too much, too hard and all that. So for quicker results i should take it somewhat light to see this half inch gain in erect length?
(I'll Do whatever it takes, i also go to the gym so the full 6.5 can be exposed and like i said while im doing all this cardio and going to the gym I have a personal trainer who is helping me with abs as long as weight training)
Im doing PE so im not waiting on one or the other for me to get results. So could someone answer my question about the cold head thing and the for quicker length gain should i take it light? oh and yea the LOT thing, i think my Lot is the one when i stretch down i have a loss of tugback more then the other one. But its weird, sometimes when i do a hard kegel with the down stretch i feel it tugback some but nowhere near as much as the one stretched out.

O.K. You need to get on a structured routine for PE. Try my 90 day routine.
As far as the head and shaft getting cold? Is it when you hold a stretch, or is this most of the time when not even doing PE?
Do you warm up before exercising?
As far as the LOT Theory, your LOT is 6:00. But, because of tug-back at all four points, you have very tight ligaments. Start on the Newbie routine (90 day) and follow it as written. With such tight ligs, you should see some quick Newbie gains. But don't take that as 'word.' Do your warm up everytime you do PE, this is extrermly important to get those ligs loose. Good luck in both your weight loss and PE. JP
