what exactly is edging? I have heard people on here refer to it but don't know what it is.

From what I understand it is the practice of getting to the edge of orgasm and then backing off and not ejaculating. From what I understand its good practice for a man that experiences premature ejaculation, teaching yourself control.

Edging is a great practice to train you self to channel your energy not just expend it. And with practice become a MUlti-Orgasmic man, which is for me more enjoyable than just a momentary release. It will also make for a more enjoyable night with the ladies.

Yes, edging is masturbating, preferably lightly, to the point of ejaculation and then easing off until you can begin stroking it again without ejaculating.

It is very good to do with your other PE activities. I don't think it can give any real gains on its own, but it definitely helps when added into the PE mix. I often edge after jelqing, I think KP suggested that, and I also edge a little every 40 jelq reps or so. Just make sure you don't confuse the jelqing and the edging and choke your dick. I'm sure it's possible if you are stoned enough. [Disclaimer: don't jelq stoned (on weed, of course, no nasty drugs for this hombre) unless you are an experienced stoner and can control yourself. Since marijuana relaxes you, it is much easier to get erect during the session and this can be dangerous, at least frustrating and un-productive. I always try to jelq sober, but sometimes, what can you do?]

LOL, I didnt know there was a term for it, kewl!!! All I can say is, do it over a two hour period, and make sure you have a few towels on the floor so you can really enjoy letting loose at the moment of truth. The last thing you need is a huge mess to clean up after such a great session.

Aiming for: Bone pressed erect 8.5 inches+ as I have a serious need to hit the 'hung' club.

Hey 1day, edging is just what Cern said it is, masturbation without ejaculation. Instead of ejaculating stop when you feel the sensation and Kegal very hard until the feeling goes away. The next time push it a little further and do the same thing, this will get you more in tune with your body and you can sense when to stop during sex and eventually be able to hold the ejaculation back and have dry orgasms. You will feel your muscles trying to spasm but don't let them, hold long and hard enough to do the job.

There are many little tricks that can help like curling your toes in opposite directions and pushing your tongue against the roof of your mouth, anything to get you mind busy with something different than ejaculating. This is an exercise I do during my edging sessions. It uses erect kegels, ballooning and edging all together. Hope you like. HT.

sounds interesting, has this been proven or is this just theory? by the way that stoner disclaimer was funny, lol, big time experienced stoner right here :P hehe

You mean is it proven that edging can help with gains? I guess it's as provable as anything is in manual PE: a lot of anecdotal edivence. I know I think edging can help with gains, but that's from personal experience.

Thanks, it's hard to go wrong with a stoner disclaimer, when another stoner is reading it.
