Default Anxiety about penis length and PE

I'm pretty angry lately. Some guys have huge dongs. I'm stuck with an average dong. NBPEL: 6.5 by EG: 5.17

I'm pissed because I don't feel huge. I want a big dick so badly. It's gonna be 3 months of PE the 15th of january. I've only had some really minor gains so far. I'm pretty sure I do my exercises well and I incorporate many different stretching exercises into my routine instead of just doing the same thing every time. Jelqing is great for me, I really got the technique perfectly and I'm loving it. The only issue I have is getting a good grip on my penis. It's not good to grip the glans but when I grip just under it, it kind of gets sore after a bit.

My question to experienced penile exercisers is: how much time does it take before you get a good 3/4 inch gain in length and a 1/2 inch in girth? I can't wait to reach the 6.75 to 7 inch zone. Also, I'm not too certain about my schedule anymore. I can't exercise 5 days a week. I go to college, I have a life, I have to study. Can you recommend a good schedule for me please? Every other day sounds good to me.

Today I measured and it went just a little under 6.5 inches. I almost flipped. It's because I had a lazy erection (it sucks getting an erection by yourself + my gf has her period so we havent had sex in a freakin week!). I don't want to lose my gains! I'm having a lot of anxiety right now.

I look at dustpan's or kingpole's stats and they are friggin awesome. I already know what they're gonna say: ''Patience, young warrior RH, you are still in the beginning phases.'' says Master Dustpan. ''It took me three years to reach my goal.''

I'm lacking patience!

Radiohead, you got some decent lumber there man! Do not do PE purely to get a bigger penis or it will drive you nuts and cause you to do things bad to your penile health. Haha put that damn ruler away man! I started with a 4.5" MSEG and am now at 4.75" MSEG. I didnt even measure my penis untill after my first two months. I view PE just as I do working out in the gym. I work out in the gym not so I can get these huge ripped muscles, but because it makes me feel good to know I am doing something to improve my body and health. I do the same thing with PE. I look at it as something that is just part of my daily routine to keep myself healthy. It gives me time to get my mind of my exgirlfriend and focused on improving myself. It is almost like meditation. When Im really into it I sit there and zone out while doing slow Jelqs, next thing you know Im at 100 jelqs and some times I would almost forget how long I had been there. When I first started PE over a year ago I did it for about a month and a half and saw no gains and got so frustrated that I just stopped. You are sounding kind of like how I sounded and I would hate to see another man stopping their PE routine just because they dont instantly have an 8" x 6" piece of furniture.

Relax, light an insense or something and think about your penis' health, EQ, and stamina and then look at the gains. You are at 6.5" by 5.17" that is nothing to sneeze at! Remember there is nothing wrong with average.

Radiohead: I completely understand your situation. I have only PE'd for a few months. I started at 5.9 BPEL and about 4.75 BPEG. I am now 6.2 EL and 5 EG. I always was conscious of the fact that the two guys I played racquetball against were hung like horses (community shower where we play ball). I wanted to change that if I could. Really the only encouragement I can give is this. Your numbers show you are a bit above average and STRESSING is going to have a negative effect. I'm married and have three kids. I don't have 5 days a week either to devote. Work 2 days on, 1 off. Just like working out other body parts--you have to give your dick time to rejuvinate. Hang in there and let me know how things are going.

Thanks for the words of encouragement, Mr.Bid.

I will never, ever quit PE. I've also considered PE to be a healthy thing I do, just like going to the gym. But lately I've really been craving gains. Some dudes that have been PE'ing for as much time as me have gained way more than I did. They've already incorporated really advanced exercises in their routine without even doing the 90 day beginner routine. As soon as it's January 15th, I'm gonna try out the advanced exercises and see which one works for me.

I know my penis isn't small and there is nothing wrong with being average. But I can't stand to be an average guy. I'm always competitive. I have the best grades in my class and I get pissed when some other dude gets a better grade than I do. I take pride in the fact that my girlfriend is really good looking compared to my friend's girlfriend and so on. I'm a guy that likes to have better things than other guys. I'm 6'3 and some guys are 5'9. I take pride in that. I volunteer at a hospital and I want to become a doctor.

But yeah, I have a big ego. I'm an over-achiever.

Over-achiever + average penis = ultimate warfare with penis.

I'll just wait and earn my gains slowly. I gotta put this ruler away (it's on my desk and it doesn't move from there). Grr I'm angry.

I'm going to be a good boy and complete my 90 day routine so I know I didn't cheat my way into the advanced exercises.

There are some many advanced exercises that I'm not sure which ones to use. Dustpan, if you can PM me and tell me which exercises I should use, I would appreciate it. Here's some info:

I love jelqing. My penis responds really well to it. I've been doing 150 jelqs and 90 v jelqs since October 15th. It was only in the last 5-6 PE workouts that I added an extra 50 jelqs to make it 200 jelqs and 90 v jelqs. I masturbate and ejaculate after my sessions. I love stretching also but I don't always get a good grip. I have foreskin. My favorite stretch exercise is the flaccid bend. I kegel throughout my routine but I don't feel my kegels doing much for me. Sure it makes my penis harder for sex and I can delay my ejaculations during intercourse (which is really good), bit kegels havent increased the size of my penis. Like I said, I only made 1/4 inch in length and 1/5 inch in girth.

So I'm not sure which advanced exercises to take. I need a completely new routine to start on january 15th.

Forgot to say: I've only experienced positive PIs. Nice flaccid hang, stretchy. morning wood, good hard erections (with girlfriend). My erections suck when I'm alone.

Radiohead: I fully understand the competitive nature. I want to be at the top at everything I do. I'm the 5'7 guy that feels "okay" about his size until he notices the 6'3 guy that has a bigger flacid dick then I do fully erect. We are both new to PE. From what I have read, gains do not come overnight. The major grumble I have is that I can't remember HOW I measured before PE. I measured 5.9", but I'm not sure if I pushed the ruler to the pubic bone or just held it above my dick at the base. So, even though I feel I have gained, I am not positive how much. I feel a difference and keeping a positive attitude will take care of things. I look at my stature though and wonder if it's possible to get an 8" dick. I'll have to see. Maybe try measuring once a month. Lock the ruler up until then. Take care.

To start your advance exercise try doing the "A" Stretch and the "BTC" Stretch try to incorporate them into your routine. These are easy light advanced exercises.

Radiohead you are my man.Look in a past thread "fears of the past" and you will understand that you are not alone with these feelings.The past one and a half year I dont have a life.I live as a worm.....I study 7 hours a day PE 2.5 hours a day and go to university 8 hours a day plus all the anxiety because most times I dont have time and I take time from my sleep.I have six more months of this schedule and then I am going to entertain my self for all this that I have done.Life is dificult but if you want to be a competitor you must always try.My friends in university used to have a bigger penis from me as they used to say and were studying all time and passed the exams and were tricking me because I didnt get out of my house and I didnt pass some exams.They thought that they were more clever but I used to say them things are not as they seem to be and they were laughing.They were reading when I was PE and I didnt have the time they had because god wanted to make my life dificult and their life easy by just giving them big dicks.Now I know that every time I strech my penis is 7.5" and my bone pressed flausid streched lenght is about 8.7"Now I am thinking VERY SERIOUSLY to get into the class and say to those who were laughing come on motherfuckers and suck if you can.Something more I manage to pass all the last exams with good grades....It isnt anything that you can not do.It is only what you dont want to do.I always say
"GOD GAVE ME ONLY A BIG BRAIN AND HE LET ALL THE OTHER THINGS TO BE MADE BY MYSELF" and it is true....I think.
