Good routine to start with. It may take you anywhere from about a month before you see a difference in your erect length. Your flaccid hang may be longer, and erection quality may be slightly better than before you started. When yoiu warm down just get a wash cloth and run it under hot water and wrap it around your penis until it's cools down. That should be sufficient enough.
