isolating PC muscle
Hey guys,
I am new to PE (been following the exercises in the book for few weeks now). One problem I am facing is that when I try to do kegles I notice that I am not really using my PC muscules but I use also my stomach and thigh muscle (for example, I am not able to do it while walking or stuff like that, and I cant seem to be able to do it while maintaining normal breathing). So I was wondering if you guys could tell me any way to learn to kegel properly? I don't think kegeling this way is gonna help me ...
