Making a Thread on my personal work out

This is only meant for educational purposes so people can see my routine, and comment on the method, if you see im doing anything wrong, make a post, share your thoughts and i shall alter my ways

This video is based on a 10 min warm up BEFORE any stretching is done, this is the stretching video only, jelqing will be uploaded later

I plan to upload more videos, (if allowed) documentating my progress AND methods, not only for my own good but maybe for other novices like me to see if they are making same mistakes

I have only just started PE, im not caliming to be an expert, these videos are for my own personal diary but i am sharing them with some people i have met on here so far and if you are just starting out, maybe you might learn something even if its watching me do something wrong, check comments below to see what the experts think.

NOTE: these methods were all learnt from this website and betterman website

I have shorterned the steps of the routine (for instance 25 kegels become 5 for demo and size of video for uploading purpose, so your actually meant to do 25 not 5 etc)

Hi, I'm doing overhand.. my erection goes to 40%-70% depends which I like to exercise on TGC theory.

Really want to see a proper V jelq, Mine vary from you.. I use direction Upper left- Up straight-Upper Right, that's my understanding on this direction \|/ ... counting this as One rep...with a 40-60% erection level...

I'm sure other would clarify the V jelq especially JP and KP

Yes

I would like to hear from the experts as if these V jelqs look correct or not, im not so sure about the way im doing them, thats how ive been doing them from the description, I only do them on every 7th day of routine

ive just been adding them on slowly

i mostly warm up, stretch, jelq wet, and warm down, 2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off, then add V jelq on the next session

You are doing these correctly..Except, try to keep the erection level to 30-40%.
Get in a rhythm, about 2 seconds per Jelq. Use a good pull on the up stroke.

You are jelqing too hard in my opinion. It looks like you're REALLY forcing your penis. Your grip doesn't look like an OK grip.

Your V jelq is perfect.

Shower gel irritates the penis. You may want to try baby oil?

Thanks, ^^ I thought your all doing them from 3-5sec per jelq stroke, sensible because you and KP got a longer way longer shaft than mine,, kidding..I'll do them at lower erection rate. Thanks again

So Jon pop, my erection level is ok for the wet jelq? or should it be more, and you mean the V jelq erection level should be more?

Radiohead, do you mean i should have a softer grip when jelqing al together, i really am doing it quite soft already, maybe because im pulling it up slightly it seems as though there is force there, do you think i should lighten the grip some more?

For the warmup ones I grip right under the head and pull a bit when I do the big circles. Also I do my helicopter shakes wrong but I think they may work also. What I do is I grip the head with an OK grip with one hand and with the other, an OK grip at the base and swing the base around.

For my normal jelqs I pretty much have the same motion as you do but I definitely go a bit faster than you do. Maybe I should try to slow down a bit.

For the V jelqs, I do it much closer to my stomach and I usually do two sets left and right near my stomach and one set straight back near my stomach.

I have also been getting pretty consistent gains, I will try to remember to update my sig on my rest day tomorrow.
