Making a Thread on my personal work out
This is only meant for educational purposes so people can see my routine, and comment on the method, if you see im doing anything wrong, make a post, share your thoughts and i shall alter my ways
This video is based on a 10 min warm up BEFORE any stretching is done, this is the stretching video only, jelqing will be uploaded later
I plan to upload more videos, (if allowed) documentating my progress AND methods, not only for my own good but maybe for other novices like me to see if they are making same mistakes
I have only just started PE, im not caliming to be an expert, these videos are for my own personal diary but i am sharing them with some people i have met on here so far and if you are just starting out, maybe you might learn something even if its watching me do something wrong, check comments below to see what the experts think.
NOTE: these methods were all learnt from this website and betterman website
I have shorterned the steps of the routine (for instance 25 kegels become 5 for demo and size of video for uploading purpose, so your actually meant to do 25 not 5 etc)
