Ah, you're in college. Then I KNOW you don't have a lot of time. There's some great routines going around that don't require a lot of time. Babbis provided a good one which is sticked in this forum...

I have something similar that I'm giving to a few guys if you would like to try it.

Even though I work part time and go to school, theres always time for PE man ^^. I'm still in the phase of finding a routine that I like and sticking with it, so if you feel inclined to share your routine I'd appreciate it.

Legato:
Sure, but first, before I build you a routine, I'll need to know your experience: specifically. I wouldn't want to give you a complete newbie routine if you've PEed before.

Well on the part of actually starting to PE regularly, I didn't start doing that until this previous summer, around August. I did just Jelqing, no warm-ups or stretching, for every Saturday and Sunday 150 strokes.

Recently (Nov. 4), after finding PE forums like this one, I've started doing them everyday. firmness. My current routine is Jelqing after taking a shower in the morning, I do them fairly intense for 400-600 strokes. And then warm-up and stretching at night. I do not do kegels at all. I've read about LOT theory and I have a low LOT, so I Jelq upwards in all my sessions and hold my upward stretches longer than stretches in any other directions. I've actually noticed some girth gains with this routine, but I'm looking more for length gains at the moment. Currently taking a week's break due to loss of erection firmness, which I believe was due to overtraining.

legato,

Woah, I concur: overtraining galore. Good idea to take a break. You don't need to do that much PE to cause growth.

You need some type of rest to cause growth. You also want to start out light and work your way up. As with bodybuilding, it's the journey that causes the growth.

How much have you gained thus far?

No gains in length, but an 1/8th inch in BPEL. I also noticed my penis is ribbed at the sides, giving that "rock hard" feel, which is pretty wicked (after I recovered from loss of wood syndrome). Definitely gonna take it easier from now on and see how it goes.

legato,

Good idea. You might want to check out babbis's newbie routine (stickied in this forum). It's a good example of how men can PE with a light routine and still gain.
