Default Weaker erections?! Stop what you're doing!

I skimmed Sparky's Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to help growth thread the other day. In a nutshell, sparkyx said if you are experiencing temporary ED or weaker erections, then take a break! I didn't know how true this was, but it seemed logical to me. If exercising is causing ED, then why keep exercising?

However, I wanted a little more evidence. So I decided to go back to the First PE survey results.

Here is some food for thought:

Varies - sometimes they are harder; other times they are softer

Only 20 people chose "Weaker and Softer." These 20 people experienced significantly less gains than the average of the other three choices.

On average, these 20 people gained:
.54 inches in Length
.3 inches in girth
and 2.74 cubic inches in volume (the true measuring stick in the PE survey.)

On average, everyone else gained:
.84 inches in Length
.42 inches in girth
and 4.07 cubic inches in volume.

Basically, the 20 people who experienced weaker and softer erections gained more than 30 percent less than the others. In this, I want to agree with sparkyx and his PI: If you are experiencing ED, then stop -- you are over training. And as the PE survey pointed out above, overtraining = less gains.

Notes:
-Since there was only 20 people in the test group compared to 525 people in the average group, this could be the cause of some variability.

I can't view unless registered and they aren't accepting members at this time.
What's up with that?

Erectile Dysfunction (inability to sustain erection) is a very common disorder which most men face in there life at some stage for one reason or the other like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes, fatigue, stress, physical injuries, smoking and alcohol consumption. The exact reason behind the problem can only be judged by a specialist and only then one should use the medicines prescribed. You can have the information on ED and ED related drugs on http://www.levitrabliss.com . Levitra is a FDA approved drug and is used to cure erectile dysfunction in male. This medicine helps in treating impotency and ED disorders in men suffering from risky medical conditions like high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes. This is the reason why this medicine is being preferred over other impotency medicines.

Thanks for the heads up Remek

Im having a bit weaker erections since I started PE 2 Days Ago.
But it could be because I do not Masturbate/ejaculate very ofen (I belive that it will perhaps increase my gains).

My penis has gotten allot bigger(It is noticable) in girth when it comes to the erected state because of the jelq.
Should I stop what Im doing and rest my Mr.P? If so,for how long?

Perhaps the alternative Beginners Routine will help to increase the erection power?
A routine for the beginners to start growing!

Thanks for your time.

Yes, that is a great article by sparkyx. It is a great and easy-to-follow guideline for whether or not you're jelqing (or PE'ing) correctly: if you aren't getting stronger erections, you are doing something wrong.

My erections have been getting steadily better - I sometimes giggle with joy. I guess this bodes well for the future, if the survey is to be trusted (I trust the survey completely).

C.Phantasy,

I found when I just started that it took a little time for my penis' behavior to "regulate" and become consistent enough to use as an indicator.

The best thing to do is start very lightly, 40 jelqs every other day for 2 weeks, and see what happens. If you think right now you are overtrained (sounds likely from your description) take at least a week off then begin again.

Good luck.
