 Proper Dry Jelqing
Hey Fellas,
If I understand dry jelqing correctly, you don't actually slide your fingers over your skin, but rather they stay in the same spot, correct? Almost as if you are stroking your dick? Also, is dry jelqing any less/more effective than wet?
