Yes I agree Big Al - it's one thing being dedicated, it is another being overly obsessed with training. I go based on what my penis tells me, sometimes I feel it's very sore inside...in that case I will do engorgement reps during the day to keep fresh blood n' nutrients a-flowin'. If I ever start getting spots, I know it's time to ease up

Also I think rather than overtraining, applying heat for 20min is just as beneficial

I do Jia stretches for anti turtle.Just a simple 2 second easy stretch then rest 2 seconds.On training days I do them a hundred times through out the day.On none training days I do them when go to the bathroom or when in shower.They really help also when doikg regular stretches because they help in the conditioning of your penis.IMO

actually keeping it wrapped after workouts to prevent turtling can aid healing process - and beneficially heals it in an extended state. I'm anti-turtling (ace bandage) as we speak after a killer workout and it feels great!
