Default hanging o.t.s

i saw a post a while back that said your penis starts from your anus. so is that the star of the tunica? if so hanging over the shoulder should give you gains 4 sure. i might be wrong but the reason i think this is because when i hang over the shoulder i feel my anus with my hand and i feel my tunica being pulled up twards me. i think if there was a stretch that really got your penis sore around the starting point by your anus i think one could make some great gains from this. i have been playing with different stretches but i can't get any fatigue back there. if anyone has a good stretch i would love to hear about it.

mean, thats right. The roots of the penis start in the perineum (which is the area between your anus and your testicles.) The base of the penis holds all of the penis muscles we talk about so much (the BC, IC, and PC muscles.)

The tunica is actually a continuation of these muscles. Thus, the tunica's orgin is where the penis muscles end.

Yea, OTS is a great tunica stretch ... I have actually "found" a great manual tunica stretch. I call it "internal stretching" because it provides the great internal stretch you talk about here. I will post a description of this stretch for you guys later this week.

i lose my tug back at 6 o'clock so hanging over the shoulder should be my priority right? i hang in every direction so should i hang OTS move?

Hanging in every direction is most likely the best way to go. I recommend "hitting it all."
