Your explanation in #2 really helped.

I will let you know of my experiences with this stretch when I try it again in a couple of days.

The last time I tried the stretch was yesterday. But lately, I haven't been feeling well (cold or flu). I did try it though, and have another query.

I'm uncut and find the last step of the stretch to be very difficult. After I get use my right hand to OK grip my balls and the base of my shaft, I use my left hand to pull back my foreskin before I use it to stretch my penis upwards. There's just so much skin and the grip gets kind of awkward at times.

Here are a few questions:

1) Where should most of the pressure be focused - on my right hand pushing my perineum inwards and upwards, or in my left hand pulling my penis upwards?

2) I don't have that much of a flaccid hang to work with, so this stretch gets kind of awkward (as already mentioned). Things would be a lot easier if I didn't have to grip my balls and shaft with my right hand. So, I was thinking...it would be a lot easier to just use my right hand (without gripping my balls and shaft) to just push in my perineum inwards and upwards, while using my left hand to pull my shaft upwards. Will this have the same affect, or is the underhand ball-n-shaft grip necessary?

3) Sometimes my foreskin goes back over my head when stretching my shaft upward with my left hand. Is this OK, or should I stop the stretch, pull back the foreskin again, and then start over?

4) Another observation I noticed is that it is easier for me to get into this stretch by stretching my penis upwards with my left hand FIRST, and then doing the OK ball-n-shaft grip? Is this OK?

As you can see, my problem lies in getting into the grip due to my small flaccid length. But aside from that, I think my main concern is where most of the pressure of the stretch should be felt - in the shaft of my penis or underneath my scrotum in my perineum.

Right now, I am feeling some good stretches from doing the Dual (or Double Stretch), Upward Stretching and Inverted-V's. I've never really done these Dual Stretches before and I think they're working well. As soon as I recover from my cold, I plan to just stick to these three stretches for now. This Internal Stretch is quite advanced and I want to have something to work up to (in intensity).

If my current routine stretching routine doesn't produce and results in a month or two, then I will definitely be open to including the Internal Stretch into my routine.

Quick, I feel you. I've been sick this past week too. It surely isn't fun -- and kind of puts a damper on the other things in life.

For me, it's definitely on the hand pushing inwards and upwards. This is where the extreme stress comes from in this stretch. The other hand just adds to already-tensed stretch.

I don't know if I mentioned this, but perhaps you aren't holding the stretch long enough. Try it for at least a minute next time and see if you feel anything.

This question is one of those individual answers. I can't really give you a stone-cold answer with 100 percent confidence. Truthfully, what ever feels best for you. I can say that the circled grip of the shaft and the balls is what really adds the intensity for me.

Try doing the stretch without pulling out with your other hand. See if you feel the intensity there.

Ahhh, you see, I'm not uncut so this might be the reason this stretch isn't working for you. Are you saying that your grip slips and you are gripping the head after a while? I can definitely see this as a problem, if this is the case. You never want to grip the head. That is an injury waiting to happen.

Absolutely. The next time you try this, I want you to try pushing (the ball-n-shaft hand) with a lot of force and holding it for 60-90 seconds. See if this works. I have a feeling you might not be using enough pressure.

Where do you feel the pressure? I -- and Dust, also, I think -- feel it in the perineum. When I say I have never felt anything in the perineum like this before, I mean it. The intensity feels great! But you may feel it in different places. Like I said earlier, try just the ball-n-shaft-grip with some more pressure next time and see if that helps.

Yea, those dual/dobule stretches are great. I love the intensity on those too. Definitely not for the average newbie, though.

Awesome reply remek. Much obliged.

Next time I get a chance, I'll try out the stretch. I'll use a bit more force and concentrate on my ball-n-shaft hand pushing my perineum in and up. I'll also hold it for a 1 to 1.5 mins and see how it goes.

Cool.

Here's another question that I don't think has been asked:

Should we do a warm-up before doing this stretch? I mean, since it we're trying to stretch the inner penis near the perineum, warming up the shaft almost seems useless? Or should you still do a warm-up anyway?

Maybe warming up your perineum area may be good...

Hey Quik,

I have been warming the Perineum and the Ligs before I do any kind of stretching. I do this for a period of 10 minutes.
