Dust,

How has the routine been working for you lately? Are you experiencing any newfound gains?

remek,

With your stretrching exercise and a new one that I am doing along with it. I have gained 1/8" in flaccid length and 1/4" erect length. To my surprise it is working for me.

I do your internal stretching for 5 minutes then go into my hanging stretch for 5 minutes. This I do three times durring the day time, then go into my regular exercises in the evening.

Still waiting for Monty's PE weights.

remek,

I stopped doing the exercise with the jelq sticks, which was behind the balls. I didn't see any progress in this exercise. This other exercise that I'm doing is very very advanced exercise. Not for a Newbie of even three months behind him. Which I wouldn't recommend it, to do until you have been hanging for 6-8 months. This exercise is done while you are hanging.

What I do is take your exercise and take it up a notch. I start out warming up with your stretch, then go into my hanging routine. With the weights attached, I use one of the Jelqing sticks under the balls and let the stick rest against my theighs for a spell, then I grab hold of both ends and pull straight up and hold for 90 seconds. I repeat this four more times for total of 7.5 minutes. You not only feel the pull of the perineum, but also putting more strain on the penis with the weights.

That sounds like an amazingly intense stretch. You may have just invented a new way of hanging

Are your gains from it BP or NP or BOTH?

The gains are NBPEL, because I wont consider BPEL measuring.

Yes, BPEL can seem kind of deceiving at times. The 1/4" gains is great news. Glad to see the inner stretching is working for you. Keep us updated with your progress.

Hey Dust,

Yea sometimes I kegel for an extra pull. I like to kegel throughout a lot of my exercises -- it's a great variation.
