Rep Power: 8 | quik4life's Progress/Routine Thread Well, this is it.
I've been PEing for about 13 months now and have had no gains.
Starting May 1st, 2006, I am going start a new PE routine. I also plan to start a new exercise program, alternating between weightlifting and HIIT throughout each week.
I will be consistent in the following PE Schedule and will report any gains (please let there be gains!) in 8 weeks.
PE Gods...please let me gain! You know I don't ask you for much!
Anyway, here's my PE Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri – CLAMP ROUTINE Tues, Thurs, Sat, Sun – JELQ ROUTINE CLAMP ROUTINE
4 x 15 min clamping JELQ ROUTINE Morning
5 min Dual/Double Stretch
5 min Inverted V Stretch
5 min Upward Stretch Afternoon
5 min Internal Stretch Evening
Dry Jelq at 50-70% erection – 10 mins Clamping Days
I will warm up with a rice sock and clamp at low intensity for 4 sets of 15 minutes each. After I clamp, I usually keep my unit wrapped at the base. This gives me an awesome flaccid hang and I hope to get some flaccid gains from this as well. Jelqing Days
The day will begin with my morning shower. After my “warm up”, I will perform my morning stretches. I plan to add one minute to each stretch every other week. In the evening, I will warm up with a rice sock for 5-10 minutes and perform my dry jelqs. Every few minutes I will do a ULI. Also, after every 20 jelqs, I will alternate my grip- switching from underhand OK (putting more pressure on top and bottom of shaft) to overhand OK (putting more pressure on sides of shaft). Every week I will increase the jelqing time by one minute.

Rep Power: 8 | Forgot to add something... I also will be taking a multi-vitamin every morning. Before bed, I will take an L-Arginine supplement, as well as a ZMA supplement.
I drink plenty of water and also eat very healthy.
There will be days in which I will not have the privacy to clamp. On those days, I will use my discretion to decide whether or not to take a rest day, or do some jelqing.
Well, I guess that's it.

Sounds like a good start! The progress routine is a very good way to keep you on-track and motivated -- not that you need it, anyone who hasn't gained after 13 months and still has the persistence of a newbie is highly admirable IMHO.
Quick,
I have a question: Overall, is your penis more "healthier" since you started PE? IOW, are your erections harder, and longer-lasting? |

It's difficult to stay motivated, but I do. It's just so vexing how practically everyone else can get at least SOME gains from PE, but I can't. Quote: |

I used to smoke half a pack of cigarettes a day, smoke pot daily and do cocaine on the weekends. I quit everything cold turkey in order to better my overall health and the health of penis. Yet, I've noticed very little change in the health of my penis.
I exercise my BC muscle a lot. I usually do 20-30 minutes worth daily. I have noticed some more lasting power.
Let's see what happens after 8-10 weeks.

You're very welcome, and I meant what I said. I understand your pain. Very few people are extremely hard gainers, and you seem to be one of them. I've said it before, but I'll say it again, we will get to the bottom of your no gains. Quote: |

Even when you were doing the newbie routine you didn't experience any changes (i.e. harder, longer lasting erections, more sensitivty etc.)?
How about the opposite? Have you experienced less hardness, and a weaker overall penis at all? Quote: |

I haven't experienced any increase OR decrease in hardness.
I'm not doing warm-downs anymore. But I am starting to increase my warm up time. Not only do I take showers before I PE, but I also warm up with a a rice sock for 5-10 minutes afterwards as well.

Rep Power: 10 | Quick, that's really interesting. I am surprised you haven't noticed any change (good or bad).
Have you ALWAYS used a warm-up?
Also, what are your typical erections like? Really hard? Sometimes soft? If you can, be as descriptive as possible. |

Rep Power: 8 | When doing the Newbie routine and Mem's Routine, I always used a warm up. I always warmed down.
Then, when I switched to my (exclusive) dry jelq routine, I never warm up or warmed down.
Now, I'm just warming up.
My erections are never really super hard. I remember when I was younger, my penis head would get really hard and shiny. But now, my head doesn't fill with as much blood as it used to. It's really weird. My entire penis would be erect (about 95% I guess) but my head would seem to not get as hard as it should.
If I throw on a cock ring, I notice the difference instantly. My penis increases to 100% erect and more blood goes into my head like it's supposed to.
I'm starting to take some supplements (L-Arg, ZMA, multivitamin) and also start an exercise routine consisting of weights and HIIT.
My last physical was about 4 months ago and he said I have low blood pressure. My circulation isn't all the great either. Sometimes my hands and feet get really cold, even though it's not cold out.

Interesting indeed. Perhaps your low blood pressure and your bad circulation is also affecting your ability to gain. I hope you don't mind me asking, but how old are you? You say the your erections were strong when you were younger, but they aren't as strong anymore. Typically PE brings back the harndess most men once had.
L-Arg is definitely a good supplement that helps increase blood pressure. Working out will help too. I think you are on the right track. There are quite a few other erection vitamins that you might want to look into. If you like reading, buy the book - "The Hardness Factor." It's a great book on making the penis harder. It also helps increase blood flow to the penis. It is my theory that good blood flow might be essential for good gains. |

Rep Power: 8 | Surprisingly, I'm only 24. I just find that my libido is not what is used to be. Maybe I should be concerned since I don't think such a "drastic" change should occur in such a short period of time. I'm not overweight and eat a healthy lifestyle. I did do some drugs in the past for a whlie (6 years) and I think they might be catching up to me. But I don't think they are the problem - I've been completely clean for about 12 months AND I'm sure there are many others people out there who were more addicted than I was (or still are) and yet, they still get gains.
I too believe that good blood flow is important for penile health AND growth. I will definitely look into
