I also live in the UK and wouldn't mind sharing any experiences on PE, been doing it since the start of july so i have had a good 4 months.
Having spent 4 months on JP's 90 day routine, I have moved onto a new routine some one else has created, like i stated in my PL thread, if i find out whose it is i will credit!
In 4 months, doing a 5 day on 2 day off routine, i have had some good noticeable flaccid gains and on erect gains..length has increased by 1cm and girth fluctuates +/- 0.5cm (but it stays as it is now, it stays constant =D).
At first i spent 1 hour on the routine but as you become more accustomed to PE, it takes a little bit less time..so average day i would spend 45 minutes to 1 hour as same as LookAlive.
I did have about 2-3 weeks where i missed on PE either because of no time or away (Going out, abroad).
in my 4 months the increases logged as follows:
BPFL: 1.5cm
FG: 2cm
PBEL: 1cm
EG: 1cm
