Hi Guys,

I am new here my name is Ricky I have a 7.3 inch penis (roughly) and around 5.5 girth but it is around 4 inchs long (my wife thinks its cute when its flaccid i feel silly) when flaccid I have read quite a bit about jelq and have done it a few times and did see my penis get harder when erect and heavier when flaccid I stopped due to work and other stuff and am looking to get back into it I am looking to gain 0.7 inches in length in around 3 months and 0.5 inches in girth when errect and let my penis hang like I mean business 5-6 inches in length when flaccid.

What would be the best routine for me I am an Indian, 20 years old and workout 3-4 times a week (bodybuilding).

I would like to dedicate from 10-30mins per day and taking rest days as needed what would you guys suggest as the best routine???

And also what do you guys mean by bpel? and the rest of the terms? - sorry for being a noob

Your help is much appreciated

I have seen all the guys gaining inch + I am sooo excited!

BPEL = bone pressed erect length. you push the ruler right to the pubic bone across the top of your penis.

4" inch flaccid is nothing to laugh about that is above the normal length. You can make it longer by doing BTW's, fowfers and bed fowfers. Most other stretches should help with this to. As for erect lenght and girth your already on the well endowed side of things. If your wife says its cute it cute nothing wrong with that.

Thanks Kingpole I still feel I would be happy with 8.5 incher in my pants why? i dont know maybe the feeling when you dont have something you want is jelq in 10 mins a day a good start? and would this let me achieve my goal 0.7 inch length and 0.4 inch girth gain in 3 months?
