Hi Guys,
I am new here my name is Ricky I have a 7.3 inch penis (roughly) and around 5.5 girth but it is around 4 inchs long (my wife thinks its cute when its flaccid i feel silly) when flaccid I have read quite a bit about jelq and have done it a few times and did see my penis get harder when erect and heavier when flaccid I stopped due to work and other stuff and am looking to get back into it I am looking to gain 0.7 inches in length in around 3 months and 0.5 inches in girth when errect and let my penis hang like I mean business 5-6 inches in length when flaccid.
What would be the best routine for me I am an Indian, 20 years old and workout 3-4 times a week (bodybuilding).
I would like to dedicate from 10-30mins per day and taking rest days as needed what would you guys suggest as the best routine???
And also what do you guys mean by bpel? and the rest of the terms? - sorry for being a noob
