Hey everybody, after discovering this forum, I got excited to try this out. Today is supposed to be me 3rd workout day (2on/1off) of the beginner routine. I'm rto jelqeally small, BPEL is about 4.125" and my EG is about 4.25". My first goal is 5", then 6", then hopefully 7.5". I know it will take a lot of work but I have good motivation to continue (my fiance wants to wait until marriage to sex, when she decided that she wanted it like that, she didn't know how small I was). I'm 19 years old.
Just a couple questions
1. When I start jelq, I try to maintain 50-70% erection, but i can't. I keep getting higher about 80-90%. I keep stopping and letting it go down, but then i get a few more strokes in, and its back up. What's up with that?
2. I am also overweight. I weigh about 230lbs and I'm 5'7". The dr. said I should be around 170 (I think he was just being generous though). I read here that 30lbs of weight loss you gain about an inch of visible penis? Is that inch the same inch as if I press on the fat above my penis? Because it doesn't seem like that much.
I have been jogging about 3 miles every couple days, just trying to build up some cardio and endurance before I start to HIIT and in January I'm gonna be going to the lion's den fighting gym with my younger athletic brothers which should help a lot with weight loss.
I have been doing kegels for almost a month and I do notice that my penis seems harder than before.
