Remek,

I have been trying out a new stretch with weights. This take a little time to set up. After you have put on your hanger, you take (2) chairs facing each other about 3.1/2 ' to 4.' appart. Then you position the weights between the chairs then get on the chairs in a push up position. At this point you attach the hanger to the weights. You will have the weights hanging SD, now you lift your body up to the push up starting point and hold it there for 30 seconds. Do (5) 30 second sets this way. I am sure after the five set you will have a good work out.

So, in an essenence, the force of the body movement agaisnt the weights gives the penis an extra pull?

Man Dust, your mind is always thinking when it comes to new hanging angles I'll have to give this one a go when I restart hanging.

I have been working on the stretch for the last week, and I really think that you will really like this in a hanging routine. You can also can start swinging the weights also, which relaxes the ligs

Its been over a month now since I was working out with 40 lbs, so in the last two weeks I have increased the hanging weight to 50 lbs. After watching the video from (youtube) I found it is posible to hang more weight if you train for it. I have found out if you try to lift 50 lbs with one hand straight up its a real hard task, but with the hanger attached to your penis it is easy because you are using your leg strength for lifting.

RECORD WEIGHT?

50 LBS?!? That's just insane! Most men can barely lift that with their arms, let alone their penis. Dustpan, you never cease to amaze me. Are we going to get to see a picture of this amazing feat?

You don't have to verify anything with me. I know -- as the title says -- you're an extreme PEer.

I wanted to see how 50 lbs looks hanging from the penis. That's amazing Dust. Keep your it up (the weight, and your penis).
