Default My Routine

I am a newbie and start working on PE recently. Below is my routine and pls advise if there is any thing to improve.

1) Warm up using a warm towel for 2 min

2) Simple stretching (repeat 3 times) - flaccid
pull downward and hold the stretch for 20 sec
pull upward and hold the stretch for 20 sec
pull straight out and hold the stretch for 20 sec
pull right and hold the stretch for 20 sec
pull left and hold the stretch for 20 sec

3) Jelq 60 strokes (3 sec strokes) -50-70% erection

4) Warm down using a warm towel for 2 min

5) Frequency : 3 days on and 1 day off

Are these exercises good enough? Besides I would like to add in some girth exercises. What is the recommended girth exercise for beginner?

Jelqing is a very good exercise for girth. You will want to increase your jelqing up to about 200 at 3-5 second strokes

Is 3 days on 1 day off too frequent? Can I do it everyday?

y22,

Welcome to the Gym. 3 Days on is a lot for a beginner. You may want to step back if you feel that you're overtraining. Sparky's PI article in the article section is a great read to help beginner's guide their routine.
