You should never ever ever feel pain when penile exercising. Something must be going wrong. Try:

• Using less force!
• Placing the bulk of your jelqing force on the sides of your penis rather than the top and bottom
• Jelqing for shorter periods of time
• Jelqing with a lower erection level

Hope this helps. Again, you should never feel pain. This is how accidents happen. If pain occurs, stop immediately.

Less force and make sure your jelqing with a 40-60% erection. If you get hard let it go down and start again. Most pain happens because grip, erection and lube and of course over working the unit
