 |  How to get girth using rubberband!!!
Hey, I was just wondering how can I get bigger girth fast with an rubberband tie around the base of the penis(shaft)....Can I jelq while having the rubberband on penis to keep in the blood or do I have to jelq first then put the rubberband on penis and do it all over again for couple of minutes?

The fastest way to gain girth for a newbie is a light routine of jelqing and edging. All the gains you are going to make as a newbie will be from raising your EQ. Edging and light jelqing is all you need to do this. Any advanced girth workout that you do before you hit 10 EQ will only injure yourself. You might see some temporary gains for a week or so, but they won't last. Once your EQ hits a consistant 10, then you can start doing more intense workouts, such as jelqing at higher erection levels. Make sure you don't overestimate your EQ. This is very easy to do. I don't think most people understand the definition of a 10 EQ. My erection is at about 11 oclock. When my dick is at maximum EQ, I can't push it down past 9 oclock. This is how I know when I have a 10 EQ. You don't want to do any advanced girth exercise until your dick is at 10 EQ on a regular basis. Otherwise you are guaranteed to injure yourself. Last edited by DryJelq; 02-09-2010 at 02:26 PM. |
