Make Penis Smoother?

Is it possible to make the texture of a penis smoother? Would a lubricant during PE or masturbation do this? If so, what kind of lubricant would work?

Oh damn, i have thos to, they never realy botherd me and ive bein using coca buttr and other lubricants for a very long time and there still there, i dont think that lubs will have an effect on them, do they really bother you that much? dont mind them at all.
