Is it normal to have a redder head and glands after a day off from stretching? Seems like my unit looks more plumper while its hanging and also the head seems like its bright shiny red. Is this a good pi? Also when its about 30 percent erect i wiggle it to see if it feels sore and it does. Today is my second day off from stretching and this usually clears up after this day but could i keep stretching even if it does feel sore inside?

If it's red and sore, then it's bad. If it's red because it is flushed with blood and feels plump and soft and stretch (kind of like a sponge) then it's a good sign.

Head just looks redder and it feels semi plumpy and plumpy it varies. It is like a sponge and very flexible and stretchy : )

Although yesterday since i was outside in the cold, when i got inside the head was contracted a bit with a bit of purpleness on the glands. When i put heat on it the color reverted back to red and it hung very plumpy. Just checking with you guys if this is normal.. thanks
