I haven't looked at JP's workout, but I would recommend working in the bathmate with your jelqs/girth exercises. I do sets: 10 minutes with the bathmate, then 150+ jelqs, then 10 more minutes with the bathmate, followed by another 150+ jelqs. The expansion I get is silly, and lasts for hours.
No offense brother but how can you make recommendations when you havent even looked at the routine! I actually just read on another thread that using pumps BEFORE manuel stretching might benefit one more than AFTER, especially when talking about the tunica! Anyway, might make no difference might make all the difference in the world, all about trial and error my friends!
