I first ran across this site last summer. Have jelqed occasionally - nothing regular, so certainly not expecting results yet. I actually enjoy jelqing, but it does seem to take a lot of time.

I'm 6.5", and would love to gain an inch or inch and a half. Willing to put in the time to do that, but want to know this thing is for real. It sounds too good to be true that you can exercise your penis and it will grow. So I'm wondering...

Are there any scientific studies of jelquing and the results? What about into the risks?

Part of me believes all the great results that guys on here say they are getting, but I'm just naturally a skeptical guy I guess.

    Thanks

There is some scientific evidence, but really the best way to believe is to hold the evidence in your hands.
I started pe to improve penis health ,I was shocked when my dick grew.

The science is in the effort and consistency you put in on the routines... No effort, no gains, low effort, low gains, high effort, high gains..

mbsurfer - I was very much like you when I first stumbled across this PE game, but let me tell you that is DOES WORK!

I'm a very logical thinking guy and don't do things without the proper research, but I just couldn't believe so many people had come back and said "yep this works" if it really didn't. Since starting, I've had a bit of a hit and miss routine, although now I'm doing it religiously every day and monitoring my PI's properly. Even doing a hit and miss routine, I went from 5.8 inches up to 6.75 inches!

It does work, but it will take time. It's like going to the gym. You can't lift a few weights and expect to look like Arnie haha. It takes many months and sometimes years to fully reach your goals, but it does work.

Sometimes you need to have a little bit of faith and take the leap. That's what I did and I've not looked back since.

At the end of the day, what do you have to lose?

    Hi mbsurfer,

I remember first coming across PE when I watched a documentary in the UK, where they followed these 3 guys. 2 of the guys were small, 1 was really a little bigger than average (but not in his mind).

They put each of the men on either an extender, manual exercises or I think a hypnotherapist (trying to focus on relaxation).

All men gained a little - that was it, I went from being curious but massively skeptical, to eager to learn more. I could see the genuine elation in the faces of the 3 men! I paid for the knowledge initially, I did not know this site existed.

I have gained 0.5 in length & a little girth in 10 months, currently at 7.75x5.5 - have hit a bit of a plateau, but I just keep mixing it up, as I know that it takes time.

My advice, would be to give it 90 days on JP's beginner program. Take the leap of faith. Your goals are realistic.

Yes, there is scientific evidence about the effectiveness of penile extenders, which work with the same principles of PE.
The study was published in the British Journal of Urology, and concluded": "Penile extenders should be regarded as a minimally invasive and effective treatment option to elongate the penile shaft in patients seeking treatment for a short penis.

    here is the link: http://www.andromedical.com/pdf/en/s...hort_penis.pdf

I was skeptic just as you. This article gave me reason to believe PE was true. Now, 5 months into PE, I know it works from gains in lenght and girth.
