So I’m on a 1 day on, 2 day off routine as you suggested for the first 2 weeks. Then you suggested I up it to a 1 day on, 1 day off for 2 weeks, then a 2 day on, 1 day off for 2 weeks.

I’m wondering if 1 of 3 things are happening…or a combo of many.

#1 did I go into this with an already exhausted Penis due to the crazy amount of sex my wife has been wanting all of the sudden last month, about 20 times in July (believe it or not a few times was 3 times in 1 day...I didn’t think I had it in me! lol) which is up from what used to be about once a week for us ( only 4-5 times a month!). My problem loosing my erection mid way through our session started towards the end of July...so I was thinking I was a bit overworked down there and perhaps exhausted.

#2 was it combo of #1 and the fact that I may have over did it PE’ing the first day as described above.

#3 is my Penis under trained and needs a more aggressive workout to get the blood flowing enough to reinitiate morning erections? Could have all that sex kind of ‘conditioned’ it some what?

I fear over training, but I may not be one of those guys that typically gets morning wood...especially NOW that my wife has MORE then curved my urge for the lack of sex we used to have. You know how it goes...when you get it a lot it’s not constantly on your mind...and therefore may not be getting the urge and erotic thoughts as much...or is morning wood unrelated to erotic thoughts and conscious urges?

I’m well aware of over training in bodybuilding, and have tuned myself to it for over 12 years. But it seems that in lifting/bodybuilding there is more room for error as far as over training is concerned as compared to PE.

Here's my take: It appears your penis was already slightly overtrained from all the sex prior to PE, and then hitting PE so hard probably made it even worse.

I suggest taking two complete weeks off of PE--even if your erections start coming back to par within a few days: Stay. On. The. Mini-Break. Don't come back sooner. While on break, try:
-Frequently warming up your penis
-Gently massaging your penis throughout the day
-Avoiding sex and masturbation, at least until the erections come back
-Taking some L-Arginine

After the two weeks, if you're erections are back to normal, then start your entire PE routine over (i.e. back to 1 on, 2 off). Don't hit it too hard again right away. It's just like bodybuilding: If you overtrain, then you have to slowly get back into the swing of things. In your case, you may even be able to do 1 on, 2 off for 3 to 4 weeks since your penis doesn't appear to be conditioned at all. Not to be ashamed, though--my penis wasn't either when I first started.

If your penis isn't back to normal in two weeks, then I'd suggest seeing a doctor. But if you follow my advice (especially the avoiding sex and masturbation part), it will most likely all clear up within a week.

OUCH,

Well I hadn't heard back from you and did my routine last night. I took some Lavitra cause I was having some anxiety which was causing my errections to go away just before I jelqed (I stretched first). That seemed to help. I also had sex with my wife this morning...probably a bad idea huh? Although my morning wood has been back by itself for a few days now...do you still think I should take a break for a week or 2 or just continue my routine from here?

Also, how much L-Arginine should I take? (MG/day)? And what exactly does that do for me?

L-Arginine increases Nitric Oxide (NO) to your penis, which is essential for healthy erections. NO is also important for the proper functioning of your penis smooth muscle, which is essentially how your erections work.

BTW, I absolutely believe you should still take a break. 1 week at the least, although I suggest 2 weeks. Are you sure the anxiety was causing your erections to go away? If your PEing properly, and healthfully, your erections should be strong and hard. Since you needed the Lavitra, my bet is that your penis still needs some rest. Give it what it needs

I cant be sure about anything right now. I know I had/have some anxiety...but it started about the same time as my loss of errection...so which came first? I dont really know.

Can you tell me what doseages to take the L-Arginine at? I bought a bottle of 1000mg yesterday.

You'll want to start out light with the L-Arginine. Take the 1000 mg twice a day first.

Did that today...1000 mg twice. The 2 weeks is going to be hard to take off but I'm doing it. It will give me some time to get some of these questions answered.

#1 I'm having some trouble with the grip while I'm stretching. I've tried baby powder but the problem I'm having is as I stretch, the skin slides towards the gland and I loose my grip or I just feel like I'm stretching the skin and not the ligaments. Any suggestions?

#2 I want to restart this routine slow as to not over train...would there be any benefit to just Jelqing and Keagal's for the first week or 2 or am I wasting my time not stretching. I'm most concerned with girth as I already have fairly good length.

Fitboy:

#1 Try using some type of cloth, such as a shirt or a towel. You could also try some gripping-type gloves. Also, are you jelqing before you stretch? If so, try stretching first so the lube doesn't cause any problems.

#2 Still do some stretches, as it presumably helps prepare your penis to expand outward. If you're not trying to gain length, just a few minutes of stretching is enough.

Remek,

I am stretching first. The problem I am having is not so much my grip slipping, but rather the skin sliding towards and over the gland (Yes I am cut) and I lose my grip. Or if I grab lower on the shaft it feels like I'm just stretching my skin instead of the ligs.
