Default Stretching in a hot tub

Has anyone attempted this. I was thinking about the need to apply constant heat on the ligs as you're stretching them and thought about doing my stretches (once I start back up from my overtraining break) in the hot tub at 104 degrees. Does this seem like a benificial idea to you guys?

I think the problem may be the grip but perhaps theres something I can attach to my penis to help with that issue.

Your thoughts guys???

fitboy:

A hot tub is a great warm-up. The constant heat of the hot tub while you PE would definitely be beneficial.

If you have problems gripping, try using a wash cloth or something that won't slip.

Great...that's what I'll do when I start back up! On that same note...I've not tried hanging yet but I wonder if there would the same benifits to hanging in a tub?

No sir, I'll definitly wait a long while on the hanging thing. I tend to put a movie in my laptop and sit in the tub for a few hours at a time...so I figured, why not get the 'most' out of my soak time!

Fitboy: Yea, I'm a big fan of killing two birds with one stone as well. Hanging is particularly useful for that. The only problem with hanging is that most guys go at it way too soon.

I was reading on the beginners guide about dry and wet jelqing. I'm a person who loves to just relax after the gym in the tub and This sounds like a great time spender while I'm in there. So the question is will being in the tub be enough lubricant or should i still try to stick with the baby oil for the first couple of weeks?

I wouldn't count on the hot tub water or even bath water to provide you any lubrication for jelqing. I know in the hot tub with the chemicals I use, it actually makes it kind of 'grippy' on the penis. I was soaking tonight and noticed that...so there may be multiple benifits to this after all!

Shim: Fitboy makes a good point. The penis is hard to grip in the shower.

Ok, so I did a little test tonight. I set the hot tub to 104 degrees and just sat in it for 15 minutes. When I came out there was much more pronounced vascularity in the penis...but more importantly, the tissue and surrounding area stayed pretty darn warm for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Of course I plan on doing all my stretching in the tub, but after I get out this extended heat might be a great benefit to increase the effectiveness of jelqing afterwards. Any thoughts or contradictions from the veterans?
