I'm just wondering what is the best way to gain length, like stretching or Jelqing. I just started and am not goign to rush into it. I am just wondering what kind of routine I should use for length gains mainly, but I also want a bit more gurth. My current stats are: Bpel: 6.5 inches Nbpel: 6 inches Erect girth: 5.25 inches My goal at the moment is 7 inches nbpel but I am looking to gain some flacid size aswell. Also could someone tell me where I stand in like terms of size compared to toher guys? Thanks. |

zmx, Both jelqing and stretching are fundamental exercises for length. If your new, try this routine: A routine for the beginners to start growing. It has helped a lot of beginner's gain anywhere from .25 to 2.5 cm of length in two weeks. After the two weeks you can take a break or increase the intensity to 1 on, 1 off. Whichever you choose. So when you have been exercising for a while and go to the more advanced exercises do you go to them because they will add more? or just because thats what you'll have to start doing to see any more gains?

Okay. Thanks. I started that routine around 5 days ago. How long should I do PE before i start to do it more often?

zmx: You can do 1 of two things: 1) Increase to 1 on, 1 off and gradually add more time after two to three weeks. 2) Or, if you are gaining, then you can continue with the routine until the gains slow down, then do the above. Whichever you prefer. Let your penis and your results guide your choices. |
