The later method is the correct in my opinion, otherwise you'd just be moving your hand to and fro. I use dry-jelqing consequently, as I feel it works better for me, I'm uncut though.

In the case of dryness, I just apply some vaseline after workout if needed. It does the trick nicely, no dry cock for me.

Hey babbis I was just looking over your routine and was wondering if I understand it right. You mean after 18 days take a month break? I just wanted to make sure i understood you right.

babbis has not posted for close to a year, so I doubt he will answer you. As I interpret his routine, I think you got it right.

Why hasn't Babbis posted in so long?

Anyway, I started his program to the letter on March 5, 2009. I am happy to say that I have gained. Just a little, but hey I'll take it.

And for your routine, do you do the rice sock/other wrap warm up, followed by the jelqing, followed by stretches? Or do you do stretches before the jelqing like most other work outs say?

You can do what ever you want. Just make sure you get a good warm up before you do.

I do a minimum of 15 minutes warm up. I use a gel pack that is microwavable for heat. It is designed for use on the neck and has a weird contour to it, but it is perfect for covering the entire groin area.

As for the order of jelqs versus stretches, I have tried both ways. The first session I did the stretches first then the jelqs. Second session I did jelqs first then the stretches. I feel I had a better workout doing the jelqs first, and that is the order that Babbis wrote it the routine. Try both ways and see which one works best for you. Either way I cannot stress enough the importance of a good warm up.

Thanks to both jayhawk and ksutroubleii! I'll give both ways a try, but I'll make sure to do a long session with the rice sock.

Hello!

Figured I would drop by and say hi! How are everyone doing? Did anyone test the routine? Did you gain? How much?

I have been focusing on other areas of life the last couple of years and am currently easing back into PE.
