I have never done PE.Is this routine good routine for a first routine?or Do I have leave this alone for a while and start doing that routine what is frontpage of this site?sorry my bad english

Pakkotoisto, You can start a routine with the Beginners guide that should start you off on the right path to a good exercise program.
