I have this small brown spot on my glans, probably a bit over a milimeter in diameter. I am pretty sure it has grown a little larger since I stared PE, or maybe I just stared noticing it more? it was definately there before I started PE though. Should I be worried about this?

zmx: The brown spot was there before PE? What do you think it was initially caused by?

I'm not sure what may have caused it, I just noticed it one day. Masturbation is probably a likely cause. I'm uncut if that may have anything to do with it. It cant be felt if I run a finger over it, it just looks like a freckle. I think it might be some sort of bruise. |

I have a couple of brown spots too. I am sure that I got these from PEing. Don't worry too much. Just take a break for a couple of weeks.

zmx: It could be a few things. The spots may have been aggravated by PE, as you suggest, and thus making the spots that were already there bigger and more prevalent. The spots could have also been there all along (and at their current size) and you just recently noticed them because you have been spending more time with your penis as of late (because of PE). Or the spots could be completely unrelated to PE and could be some benign growth (I have several of these on my legs). More likely, though, the spots are just a sign of you going at it a little too intense. I wouldn't worry too much about it. Do what Joe suggests and take a week off. See if anything changes. If not, restart and pay close attention to the spots. Also, I found this on the web: AnswerSPOT | Student Health Services |

The spot was there before PE, but I'm taking a week off anyway for what is more likely a lig injury. |
