hello from a newbie! I read your really interesting site and I would like to congratulate you for all the information that you 're giving us! What impressed me the most is that you keep mentioning how important is to make small and secure steps... I think I understood all your exercises and I would like to ask about a routine. My erection is around 6 inches at the moment and I will be very pleased with a gain of 1 inch at lenght. Is there any routine based on streches and jelqing that could give me this kind result in around 2-3 months? thanx for your time... Keep up the good work! |

I've also been interested in a concrete routine for people new to this field. I've gathered information from the guide and various posts but it would be nice to have the information all in one place. I'd also like to see how kegels fit into a routine. Such as how many should be done weekly and what type of breaks should be involved. |

George & emaine, welcome to The Gym! About the routine, you have a few different choices. Unfortunately, nothing is concrete when it comes to PE. But keep in mind that nothing is concrete when it comes to gym exercising either (that's why there are 100's of fitness books all pushing a different routine... but that's another topic). When it comes to beginner's routines, I usually recommend two, depending on the situation:
With the babbis routine, you don't always have to take the 1 month break. If you didn't gain with it, and your PIs are positive, you can move onto the basic beginner's routine. And even if you do gain with the babbis routine, and you want to keep going full speed ahead, you can move onto the basic beginner's routine. It's all up to you, your PIs, and your lifestyle. |
