My friends i got one more doubt . I saw an article on the internet saying : "stretching is targeted at increasing flaccid length and that¡¯s about all it does for you". So Is this totally true ??? The article also comment that the warm up/warm down phases are extremelly important . Are they ??? If so, the warm up/warm down are fundamental on penis enlargement, which i never did. Because i really have no time. |

Thanks very much Remek I'd better find time for a full routine with warm up and warm down to check the difference . |

No problem, Luis ![]() And you don't have to warm down. If you're short on time, then stick with just the warm up. |

Luis, Remek is right about the warming up time, use it to your benifit. When you warm your penis before your exercise, you are able to get a better stretch.

Good link, Dicko. It provides a fairly good, general explanation on why to warm up (vasodilates tissues, makes tissue easier to stretch, etc).

I never warm up, I might start.

I ve been thinking why my erect sizes gains really dicreased. at the begining ( 5 first weeks ) i used to make the exercises just after bath ( have a shower ) with HOT water. I know its not the same as a warm up. But it was better than now, that i am exercising at night in a bedroom with AC on. It makes difference |
