Hi, i had to stop doing kegels. because it gave me premature ejaculation ( i mighty have overtrained or squeze the wrong muscle ) . So i really stopped. No more premature ejaculation . BUT i noticed one bad thing: LOSS OF GAINS.
Really, stop kegeling lead me to lose gains. Is this normal ?? Sorry but i really afraid of start kegeling again

Luis: As you noted, you probably went overboard with the Kegels. How much were you doing?

The loss of gains might be due to a few things, but it's probably caused by you going overboard. This could have worn out your pelvic floor muslces temporarily, thus not providing you with as much blood flow as normal.

How long ago did you stop kegeling? If it was recently, then I'd say take a week or so off, and then very lightly restart them again. When you restart, only do them every other day and just 3 sets of 10-20 Kegels. Also do the Kegel Start/Stop.

remek,i was doing like crazy. i think 100 - 150 daily. and i had good gains but then it came the premature ejaculation. then i stopped and started to make massage on the pc muscle, It cured my premature ejaculation in one week. BUT i continued doing the PC massages and lost gains.

SO i know i have to do kegels for lasting longer as well for the erect gains.
but i am afraid. Someone told me sometime this - " if you want a bigger penis and last long in sex your PC muscle must be relaxed all the times"

SO KEGEL is good for gains or bad ??? i am startin to think that its good.

i continue gaining on flacid state ( very few ) because i really have no time for a proper routine, but nothing on erect gains

luis: The Kegel is arguably the most important exercise for any man trying to improve his penis and his sex life. When done properly, the Kegel is good for gains.

I don't know who told you "if you want a bigger penis and last long in sex your PC muscle must be relaxed all the times" . . . But your PC muscle being relaxed has nothing to do with getting a bigger penis. But is, however, important for lasting as long as you want in the bedroom.

Just take one week off and then slowly start to add them to your routine again. Avoid doing so much this time around.
