well when i have sex, and my girlfriend is on top fucking me really hard and doing long strokes, its really hard to control ( at least to me ) and i cum fast. Now i wanna know about you guys who have been doing kegels for a long time and have total control of ejaculation . can you have total control on that situation ???

luis: Kegeling - and gaining control of your ejaculations - is a lot like playing football. When you first started playing football, you had to learn how to catch. Then throw. Then run, juke, and get down the field to score a touchdown.

Although kegeling probably won't be give you complete control of your ejaculations by tomorrow - just like you won't become a star quarterback overnight - it will help you take one solid step in the right direction. As you Kegel more, and as your pelvic floor muscles get stronger, you'll get better at controlling your ejaculations. Sooner or later, you may even become multi orgasmic.

Also, if you want to last longer in the sac, focus on relaxing, taking deep breaths, and enjoying the moment. Try to take your mind of the pleasure in your genitals, and feel with your entire body. Sounds crazy, but it often works.
