how can a man identify these topics in PE ( about himself ) he is a hard gainer he is making a bad routine he is doing the exercises wrongly |

Luis: All of these questions, in one way or another, can be answered by watching your PIs closely - especially the last two. If you have healthy PIs, then you aren't using a bad routine and you aren't doing the exercises wrongly. The first question, "how do you know if you're a hard gainer?", is a little harder to answer. It takes several months to know if you are a hard gainer or not, but this can also be answered by your PIs. For example:
