Unhappy i dont have gains!!!!!!

hello everyone , friends i dont have gains none, i'm sad, i dont know what to do, i'm very disappointed. give me one advice .

Also, did you give your penis any rest? And how are your erections compared to how they were prior to PE? Weaker? Stronger?

drink lots of vitamin c peferably orange juice. Maybe that can help. Cranberry juice is good too. and try to get folate. I am not sure which foods are abundant in folate, maybe you can just by supplements for folate. and your supposed to rest. You jelq everyday, you have to rest for days to give time for you body to finish repairing. maybe even weeks depending on how intensity and work you been putting. and how your healthy and your body is.

Current Stats:Erect length: 7.25 inches
Erect girth: 5.375 inches to 5.5 girth
Flaccid length- 5 inches

Goal-8.5 inches length-6.25 girth

Mike: If you're experiencing erection troubles, then you're no doubt overtraining. Take some time off from PE. At least a week, maybe much more (depending on how long it takes for your erections to return to normal).

A lot of men overtrain, hoping that it will gain them more. Often the opposite is true. In fact, this could be the reason you're not gaining in the first place. So in that regard, stay away from PE and away from masturbation or sex, at least in the meantime.

also Remek i want to ask one thing regarding the morning wood . - since i started PE my erections are harder. But my morning wood used to be harder before PE - what i mean is that since i started PE i have a semi erection every morning when i weak up ( my unit mantains really bigger than normal), and my erections used to be full ( not everyday i woke up ) before doing PE.

Is this normal or i am overtraining ???

because for a man that does 7 minutes a day of PE ( 2 days on, 1 day off ) i think overtraining is impossible. Or not ??
