Ok so, am just wondering, when you jelq, how long to you wait before you jelq again with your other hand? Should it be like a continoues motion?

So one hand is always on your penis before it the other hand leaves? Or should you leave a second or something between each jelq?

Yes, it should be a continuous motion. With the first hand, you should jelq from the base but stop just before the head of the penis. As you are half-way to three-quarters of the way down the shaft with your first hand, your second hand should be already on the base of your penis ready to go.

With practice, you'll find your own way. There really is no right or wrong way to jelq - what works for one may not work for another.

My advice is to make sure each stroke is between 3-5 seconds and your erection percentage is in the range of 40-70%.
