I so the problem I'm currently having is that I don't last as long in bed as I did before PE. I used to have no problem going for 45mins to an hour. But now it seems every time something feels good my body naturally kegels and I feel that this actually pushed me closer to finishing. I know finish anywhere between 20mins and 30 which is a significant decrease. I read somewhere on this forum I believe that this has happened to people originally when they first started PE as the bodies natural adjustment to PE but overtime it improves dramatically(can't seem to find that article) Anyways basically looking for some reassurance and maybe tips if there is something I might be doing wrong in my exercises that could be causing these results.
