Default advanced exercises

Hello, I have been exercing for about 1 month with no real increase but it looks a little fuller and erections seem to be harder.
I want to add some advanced exercises and my questions is should I stick with the begenners exercise along with the advanced or just advanced. With ones are best or do I add them all to my retein. one last question I want to do thsese in private but they take so long. Any tips? Thanks so much for any help.

about the privacy on doing the PE exercises . Well i think you do not live alone and want some privacy for making the exercises, well - here is a good WARM UP idea - i do my sessions in shower time ( afternoon ) - i take a normal shower then i change the shower to hot water and let the water hits directly my penis for about five minutes which gives me a good warm up

cman: Welcome to The PE Gym!

You'll want to gradually incorporate advanced exercises into your routine - not just all advanced. Particularly, continue to jelq and Kegel.

As a side note, how are your PIs (Physiologic Indicators (PIs) to Help Growth! - Penis Enlargement Gym). You'll want to have positive/healthy PIs before you increase.

My PI's seem to all be positive hangs fuller, more of a morning wood. no negs.

Then you're clear to increase the intensity, but your best bet is to do it gradually.
