TwitterHi my name is Gene In 2001 after several years of a misdiagnosis regrading my thyroid I developed a very aggressive form of prostate cancer and as a result the doctor had to do very aggressive treatment. I received 25 external beams of radiation and had 90 seeds implanted into tmy prostate. In the beginning I did not have a problem with erections but the radiation from the seeds burned so bad that I stopped having sex. It was at least 5 years and then i began seeing an anti aging doctor he has put me on testostrone injections and the feelings are back. Yet I am unable to have an erection. Does the pernis exercises help with that.. I guess that is my question? I am currently on injections for erections but it would be great to have normal erections. The exercises are helping with girth and lenght but so far nothing with the erection

Twitteri am somewhere between a beginner and an intermediate.started jp 90 day routine around 6 moths back ,did it for 2 months,and could not continue PE.
started PE a while back again , did JP 90 day for 20 days ,and made myself a routine . i have been doing this routine for a month now.is this fine or will i have any problems with this one ?
stretches - 5 min
jelq - 20 min [150 reps=150 x 2=300 strokes], 3s/stroke
v-jelq - 10 min [30 - 40 reps=30x3 = 90 strokes]
flaccid bend - 4 reps
horse squeeze - 2 reps
Uli/compressor/erect bend - 3 reps (either of them)
erect squeeze - 10 reps .
stretching as warm down for 2 min.
as far as results , JP 90 day program showed little result i.e felt a difference.
after a month of this routine , no results shown .
i know i just have to be more patient.
but i need to know if this routine is fine .
guys, help me out.

TwitterI just started PE'ing(start of 4th week)and i'm already seeing progress.Im currently doing manual stretches and jelqing.Including my warmup my workouts take 45minutes to just under an hour.Im on 2-3 days on and 1off and have been very consistent.My question is about wrapping.I've been wrapping after workouts and on rest days and I generally leave it on all day and take it off to sleep.Are there any dangers to excessive wrapping?Could someone give me a general overview of the do's and dont's of wrapping?

TwitterSteve23 posted some good links on your thread. Pick one of the four beginner routines and condition your penis. After a few month you will have a good idea what works best for you. You can find the four recommended routines in the first post of this thread.
