    I don't know if this has any importance at all...but I noticed the link to the Kegel Exercises is spelled "Kegal" with an "a." I just notice these things. It doesn't really bother me. I just thought I would point it out since this is a major thread.

    Hey guys, I'm a first time viewer of the website and I was just wondering if I may aska few questions, they are too do with the penis. The first question is that I have a bmi of 34-36% and it means I have a huge fat pouch above my penis: if I was too lose weight how much difference would that make to my penis. Currently my length is 4.4 inches I'm not sure about the girth I never measured.

    Also would gradully losing weight and eating more healthier make much to penis exercise schedule.

    Everyones different and the fat pad is mostly the last part that loses the fat when you lose weight. Some say 50 or so lbs of lost weight loses about 1" off the fat pad, but I don't know how true that is for most people, maybe if you have 3-4" of fat pad.

    @ martins Hello martins, as previously said, you can get gains with just your hands and please after you have mastered and added both length and girth, help as many people who were in your old shoes before you start thinking of money... New member

    My daily workout atarts in the shower,hot.I start with placing a cock ring behind my testicles the with my hydro pump i pump it up for no more than 20 minutes.By that time im done in the shower.When i get out i put on my hanger with 5 lbs and do 10 minutes and 10 minutes off for 1 hour.I do this routine morning and night.Now if your wondering why i put a cock ring on behind my testicles,its so i can hook a wire from my hanger to the cock ring to give my penis and extra stretch.I have found that using the pump in the shower before hanging gets my penis more condtioned for hanging and more blood engored.I have had great gains of 2 inches in length in 8 months and 1.5 inches in circumference.My penis even looks looks more veiny and muscular.I also when i hang wear a tighter cock ring at the base of my penis while hanging,but make sure its not too tight as to restrict blood flow.Good Luck Guys and let me know how it works for you

    I dont believe ever that gains like that can be done in 3 weeks,it takes time and a routine and stay focused on it
