Please reread this thread, at least the first couple of posts, then read on safety, no enough stress can be made on that
Pick a beginner's routine and stick to it for at least 3 months to condition your penis and maybe gain from it after that you can add more to your routine till you hit the 6 months mark, stopped gaining and still want more, then invest in some advanced exercises.
After digesting as much info as you can, start PEing, be positive and persistent but don't expect to gain so much too soon or you'll be discouraged, PE is like a marathon not a sprint.

pe exercises is crucial to keep the tissues warm and flexible. I do some massage and stretch first, then I use the bathmate,it is very effective. I think that breathing is very important
while doing the exercises. I do inspiration first, i hold my breath then i make expansion, it is more effective in my opinion. One last and extremely
important advice, avoid ejaculation, it makes slow dramatically your results.
I have a penis that is bigger than average. Length: 7-7.5 inches; girth: 5.38 inches. I would like a little more girth as most times when I am having sex, I don't seem to have much sensation. The girls tell me its due to condoms. But, I would like a girth increasing method that won't affect my level of enjoyment during sex and I can still have sex without wondering if I will cum or not.
Before I start my journey I am going to finish reading "Exercising The Penis" by Aaron Kemmer. I really want to dedicate myself to this and not just wing it thoughtlessly. I have been using a professional grade penis pump for the last 2 1/2 months... it works great, if you want temporary gains. In the book it's said to not be recommended until later on in P.E., Any thoughts on this? Also, I love to masturbate daily, sometime 2+ times a day. Should I cut back? Would that effect gains?
I'm a newbie with PE, only one week in my 90 day routine. I would like to know about hanging but don't know where to start. I've spent the last two day looking and can't seem to find anything other than PEr's discussing thier gains, this is fine but I am ignorant and need to be educated on the basics of hanging. What I'd like to know specifically are hanging methods. Could someone please help with some discriptive links/videos?
