Slanker: All kegel exercises help build your pelvic floor muscles. Think of it as the push up, the bench press, the chest fly, etc. All these exercises build the chest, but in different ways.

i also have the same problem as eso, could anyone help us out??

i kegel every other day.. but when it comes down to the real thing instead of holding it in it makes me want to shoot it out

EOS/Cheetah: A few things could be causing your problem. The most likely cause is that your pelvic floor muscles aren't strong enough. In this case, you'll want to continue to kegel to build up the muscles. Some men needs months of consistently kegeling before they are able to hold back their ejaculation.

Another problem might be that you're not paying close enough attention to your body. You'll want to gradually build up to the point of no return and stop a little bit before it's to late, then kegel. Overtime, you can get closer and closer to the edge. Once you're able to do it immediately before the point of no return, you should have an orgasm but without ejaculating.

yes, that helped alot thank you remek! i never knew that you were supos to stop a little bit inbetween the point of no return and the kegel.. im guessing thats what my problem was... if not i'll keep kegeling until i reach the point where i can hold it back!

although ive only been kegeling for about 3 weeks now i feel as if my PC muscles are already pretty strong.. im just curious as towards how many reps to do and for how long i should be holding the kegel?

gagawi-- after reading alot of forums about men who masturbate every day it seems as if they don't gain as much.. looking over the latest survey of 1000 men that is psted on the main page it is eveident that men who masturbate every day gain the least... i've been PE'ing for almost 3 weeks and i'm already seeing improvements.. my girlfriend goes to college in colorado so its easy to stay away from sex, but i try to go as long as i can without masturbating.. maybe once a week or sometimes even once every two weeks. plus when i do masturbate i make sure to do it on my off day (i use a 1 day on 1 day off workout routine). try holding off for about a week or maybe even two if you can and see if you notice any gains at all

although ive only been kegeling for about 3 weeks now i feel as if my PC muscles are already pretty strong.. im just curious as towards how many reps to do and for how long i should be holding the kegel? i've been holding my kegel for 3 seconds and doing 50 kegels every other day for the past 3 weeks and it doesnt seem to be getting me anywhere... should i be doing multiple sets of kegels? or should i be holding it longer? or more reps? any suggestions????

Cheetah: Try increasing for how long you hold your Kegels. As a general rule of thumb, if you can't easily hold a Kegel for at least 10 seconds, your PF Muscles are probably not strong enough to hold back ejaculation.

Do you think it would be too much, if I were doing my kegels with an erection and hanging a small wet rag off my penis? Since it does add weight and resistance to doing the kegels and thus works the muscles more.

After attempting kegal and holding it for 10 or so seconds and assuming that it holds back the ejaculation and you orgrasm is it likely that your penis will become flacid or will you be able to continue and then ejaculate later?

What a great post. I'm doing 300 kegels a day. I was getting sort of dismayed at the prospect of going to 400, then 500, etc.
