I think it will be a strange for my friends or anyone I know to do such thing. Even shaving armpit is considered a little gay If someone knew that i am doing PE, it will just give them what they need to embarrass me when i piss them off (calling smallie, telling how they dont want to bath in same bathtub where i bath and other things) So is there anything else i can do instead of jelqing?

Kegels, Edging, Ballooning, and Stretching will be enough to get your unit in shape for now. If you don't have the time for a full routine now then please don't start. Wait until you are ready and have the time to make your first go a successful one.

hi,jp its tanvir,how are you? i m sorry to say that i had a long break from the pe exercise but i started again n this time i m determined to finish the 90 day course. i have got only one quistion that is even though there is a lot of improvemwnt on my girth growth i don't think that my length has improved that much.why is that? i even sometimes feel that it looks shorter than before. |

I have question about the LOT if If your LOT is 6:00, do you need to do the exercises straight out and straight up only and not left and right or down?? If your LOT is 9:00 or do you ned to do the exercises straight out and straight down not left and right or up? |

skins. Do your exercises in ALL directions. There are still a lot of long time PE'rs that adhere to BIB's LOT theory. But this theory has proven to not be critical to making gains.

I have a few questions about the supplements. Uhm..Do they change your body build? Does this combination of supplements cause any harm? How should they be taken daily? Six pills, so 2 of any after breakfast, 2 of any after lunch, and 2 of any after dinner? Do you have to take them in an order? And finally, can someone clear up "To avoid build-up in fatty tissue, of some of the vitamins such as "A", decrease all these supplements to a 5 day on 2 day off routine. Vince1234, welcome to the PE Gym. These are JUST vitamins buddy. They aren't going to change your body shape except to make you feel better and maybe exercise more. The proper way to take these supplements is: 30 minutes before eating, take the L-Arginine and L-Lysene. with a small glass or orange juice. The orange juice really compliments the absorbtion of the amino acids. During this time, do the 90 day Newbie routine. Then eat breakfast and take the Multi Vitamin, the Super B complex and the zinc. I wrote that disclaimer because some people can build up an undesired level of Vitamin A. If you are are a normal person with normal body chemistery, there would be no problem taking these 7 days a week. This was just an added caution to avoid the slight chance that someone would not be able to tolorate that much Vitamin A.
