I am using the overhand, palm down. This was just a language thing. Was thinking that palm was the back of my hand for just a second, but I acctually knew, seen enough old english-dubbed kung fu moviesI'd say: use the grip that feels more comfortable. For my part, I use an overhand grip (palm down) because I disliked the feeling of the underhand one. Regarding their efficacy I don't think that there's a difference though an overhand grip allows you to grab your penis closer to the pubic bone and thus jelq a bigger part of your penis...Sorry.

Girth is measured midshaft.

I just joined today and have been using my SizeGenetics device for 3 days. I have PD (peyronie's disease - a curved penis) so I have been doing the curved Jelq and some stretching exercises before using the device. If I use both methods, JP90 + device, providing there is time for both, then how will I know which method is actually causing the gains? Or maybe I should focus on the curve which is about 20%+-5 bent inward and getting worse, and not worry about length and girth gains for now? Also I am 55 and was wondering if age matters for growth and long term goals. Any guy's here with Peyronie's experience? Thanks I can use all the help I can get.

TwitterHey members,
I just started PE and I have read a lot. I did JP's 90 day routine once but it was a bit difficult and time consuming. Instead I did the 15 Min. warm up, 5 min. basic stretching, 20 min. wet jelq (w/ kegels), 15 min. edging, and 10 min. warm down. 2 days on and 1 off... But it seems like majority recommend the JP 90 routine so im gonna try to jump back into it. For my 5 days on and 2 days off seems too much.. Would it be just as good if I do the JP 90 routine 2 days on and 1 off? Again I apologize if this question has been answered already I could not seem to find it.
Thanks

TwitterHello,
I'm new to this of PE. I have been two days reading the forum and trying to take info.
I decided to make this routine because it's called as the "intensive" for beginners.
I was reading the beginning of the routine, and because of my low level of English, I can not understand the "LOT" meaning.
1. The O.K. grip. (Palm down), can someone link me a photo/vid/link where I can see how to correctly do this?
2. When it says: "Stretch straight up (This is 12:00) Do several Kegels. Do you feel it tug back?", I'm understanding to pull up with my hand while I'm catching my penis and
do several kegels while my penis is being extended.
But what does it refer on "Do you feel it tug back"? Can you try to explain it to me with other words?
Thank you so much!

TwitterThere are some good Jelqing videos in the Exercises section of this website. They helped me out in my routine.

Hi JP
There is no LOT (Loss of Tug) in any clock zone u mentioned, I can feel the tug from 12 to 6 does that mean I should never try.
I am 32 year old, my NBPEL is 3.5", BPEL is 4.5"

TwitterThis routine has really made a difference. I've only done it for three weeks but I've already seen that my sex drive is higher, I'm having wet dreams all the time and I wake up with rock hard erections. It was 1/4 of an inch bigger today but that was down to EQ.
Thanks to JonPop for this routine because it's been extremely helpful.

I've got a Tiger by the tail.
When I pull down and kegel I don't feel any tug back, if I stretch out straight or up I feel a tug back when kegeling. So I have to do stretches straight and down right?

TwitterI have good positive PIs so far (longer flaccid, veins becoming way more prominent, good erection quality).
Just wondering about V-jelqs.
With V-jelqs my head doesn't get anywhere near as hard as with regular jelqs. Am I doing something wrong or is this because the grip doesn't completely encircle the penis?
Also I lose my erection level pretty quickly doing V-jelqs.
Cheers.
