    as for the kegels (25 kegels while holding left/right/straight/up) can we just do the stretches (30 seconds to left/right/straight/up) and no kegels till later? Because I feel that my stretching isn't right because I'm kegeling in between them.

    The kegel definitely does cause the penis to kind of pull or tug back a bit. Honestly, I'm curious what JP would say to this.

    Here's what another forum member said on this topic a while back: Why kegel during stretch

    Considering the popularity of JP90, I don't think kegeling while stretching should have any adverse effects. If you're really weary of it, then you can stretch without the kegel.

    First of all, let me apologize for being new, I've lots of questions to ask, hopefully to get answer from the pro

    Regarding the LOT, what does it mean by 6:00, 9:00 and 12:00 ?
    What's straight up/down/out ? I'm kinda blurred, how I wish there's a video provided .

    I get what it means now .. the bold part I mean

    Alright, next one

    Next, while still holding the stretch, pull straight out and do 10 stretches in a BIG circle to the left and 10 to the right holding the pull.
    BIG circle ? I catch no balls ..
    How do we do circle stretches ..

    What's hanging by the way .. ?

    Binny, no need to apologize for being new. You haven't done a thing wrong by signing up and asking a question.

    The big circles...hmm...how do I explain this? Have you ever taken a math class that required your to draw a circle with a compass? Think of holding your penis, and gently exercising the entire range of motion in a full circle. You can go clockwise or counterclockwise. Make sense?

    Hanging is a more advanced technique which requires a weight to be hung from the penis via a device called a hanger (there are a few different types of these).

    Thank you for your reply . Apologized as I was scared that I might create troubles, hehe .

    It means while doing the 10 stretches, make a big circle ? Like doing 2 things in one shot ?

    Sure thing, man.

    Well, it's more of one hold, I think. 10 rotations, but with tension held for the entire duration of 10 rotations. That's how I do 'em.

    As you are doing the circle stretches, pull your hand in close to your body. You almost want to touch your belly and legs with your hand as you go around. Just keep the tension on the stretches the whole time. Welcome here, Binny. (jP

    Jon Pop I have two more questions (last for the next 30 days).

    When I do V-jelq every third stroke I have to pull the penis to the left and to the right. Does it mean that when I pull to the left, the glans have to touch the leg (like stretch) or I have to pull to the left little bit.

    What is the erection level for v-jelqs? Does the erection level is 60-70 % like for wet jelqs. Thanks a lot.
