dear john, as you know i have been doing my pe exercise for the last one month but i think i was doing a lot of advance exercise which i found from the net, exercises like uli3, down wards jelq,horizontal movement exe etc. although i m not facing any problem do you think i should cut back on the routine. please don't tell me to stop exercising for few days because i don't want to. will i have problem if i do about 1000 jelq every other day,
my routine consist of......first day
5.sit down stretch.
one day gap.....second day
2.one hand jelq
3.long penis squeze
5.sit down stretch
6.jelq and hold
do you think this is a right routine for a begainer like me? can i start again by doing only power stretch for 25 reps and jelq for 600 times and continue on this for 1 month. i will be waiting for your responsew with eagerness....
Good day JP! About your Beginners 90 days routine, I have hard time doing the helicopter shakes and the "V" jelqs. Ive found my LOT and it is low (6:00) so I do exercise straight out and straight up, Left and Right. Couples of questions though...
Can you elaborate furthermore the Helicopter Shake?
Can I do "V" jelqs with one hand? (My left hand is kinda weak so Im working on it)
About the supplement you advise, can I see gains without taking them?
The Helicopter shakes, hmmm, just picture twirling a key chain around in a circle with your thumb and index finger.
Yes, you can do "V" Jelqs with one hand, just not as effectivly. It would be like Jelqing with one hand.

thanks man for everything, but i got few questons for you (sorry), when doing your stretching exercises what did you mean by 10 big circle to the left and then 10 to the right, how do i do this? is it like when holding to the left with the grip i will simply move it in circle.
again, when stretching straight out if i do circle stretch isn't it something like circullar stretch for eg. moving it in 360 degree.
i know what kegel is, but how do i do hard kegel?
when i pull my penis down i don't feel the tug that much, but when i pull to the right,left,and up i do feel the tug, what does it mean?
