Your still in a conditioning phase so maybe lay off the pressure a bit until you're condiitoned, you shouldn't really see red dots from jelqing, some people see it more from squeeze exercises after they're nice and conditioned so they can up the pressure.
hello JP, i have some questions that i hope you wont deem stupid
first, would it be harmful if the towel for warming up is too hot?
because i've been warming up and warming down with a tower that is almost too hot to touch, but kinda feels good in the penis. and i seem to have faster gains doing that.
and second, after i finish my session, i must wait around 5 minutes before warming down because i have to wait for the water to boil again. is that okay?
and lastly.. after warming down, i take a shower which is kinda cold.
would it be harmful to the penis to experience heat and then cold almost right after?
