I'm not too worried about it because it has happened often and it seems that i shouldn't be cautious of it but sometimes after a workout, mainly after jelqing.. throughout the day my penis will have red blood dots all over it and on the head as well if I do stretches. Is this a long term concern or just normal? I read somewhere maybe its the veins busting and will heal themselves. unsure if thats correct, wasn't a reliable source. And thanks Jon, stopping the kegels has really helped my flaccid. Also appreciate your program, I'm thinking about logging it in the progress forum but I've already started so unsure how that would work out.

1- do i do the exercises standing up or sitting down?
2- when u say 150 jelqs and 90 v jelqs u mean 50 jelqs right after 30 vjelqs then again 50 jelq and again 30 vjelqs....
Or 150 jelqs then 90 v jelqs?

These are called "Newbie Spots." They are caused by gripping too tight. They are small broken capillaries and will heal by themselves. I mastrubate between 2-5 times a week, and for the time being, have not had sex for over a month... Although I believe my penis is in rather good health. I think I am up to the challenge when it comes to this routine. Do you think I should start on this routine or go with the basic routine first. Before the last time I had sex, I had sex every day for 2 months at least 2 times per day.... If that helps in any way ;p
